With the "Sérénité" insurance you may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, and all sums already paid are refunded in full.
What is the minimum stay and change-over days for rental accommodation in high season?
From late June to late August, rentals require a minimum of 3 nights with arrivals and departures on Wednesday or Saturday; outside this period the minimum stay is 2 nights and arrival days are flexible.
What environmental certifications and labels does Camping Le Paradis hold?
Camping Le Paradis is eco-certified with the European Ecolabel (held since 2012) and the Green Key (Clef Verte) label; it also carries the Camping Qualité label.
Does the “Sérénité” option reimburse an early departure or late arrival once the stay has begun?
No. Any stay that you interrupt or shorten (late arrival or early departure) is not refundable under the “Sérénité” option.
How quickly will I receive a refund under the “Sérénité” option?
Camping Le Paradis commits to reimbursing you within 15 days of receiving the required supporting documents.
Are there electric-vehicle charging points for guests staying on camping pitches?
Yes. Campers can charge their cars at the six EV charging stations located at the campsite entrance.
Is a shuttle service provided for canoe trips organised by the campsite?
Yes. The campsite’s canoe outings on the Vézère River include a shuttle service for participants.
Does the indoor pool have a retractable roof?
Yes. The indoor pool is equipped with a sliding roof that can be opened, allowing the pool area to transform from covered to open-air when the weather is favourable.
How should I submit a cancellation or modification request?
Any cancellation or stay-change request must be sent in writing—by letter or email—to the campsite as soon as possible. The effective date used to calculate any refund is the date on which the campsite receives your written request.
Who is covered by the "Sérénité" option?
Cover applies exclusively to the people whose full names appear on the original booking request and who are taking part in the stay; no other persons are insured under the option.
Is there a legal right of withdrawal after booking a stay at Camping Le Paradis?
No. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Camping Le Paradis are subject to a statutory cooling-off (withdrawal) period once the booking is confirmed.
Can I rent pedal karts during my stay?
Yes. Pedal karts are available to rent on site; ask at reception to arrange the rental.
Is there an outdoor fitness trail at the campsite, and is it free to use?
Yes. Camping Le Paradis has a fitness trail that guests may use free of charge throughout the opening season.
Which sports facilities are free to use and which ones require a rental fee?
The table-tennis tables, children’s playground with climbing wall, pétanque court, football pitch and outdoor fitness trail are free. Canoes, bicycles, the tennis court and pedal karts are available for rent.
Can I add the “Sérénité” option after I have already confirmed my booking?
No. The “Sérénité” option is non-retroactive and can only be taken out at the time you make the reservation; it cannot be added later.
Are cancellations for reasons not listed in the “Sérénité” coverage reimbursed?
No. Any cancellation caused by an event other than those specifically listed under the “Sérénité” guarantee is excluded and will not be refunded.
What refund do I receive if I cancel 30–45 days before arrival without the "Sérénité" option?
Without the "Sérénité" option, a cancellation made between 30 and 45 days before the start of the stay entitles you to a refund of 50 % of the amounts already paid.
Do I need to provide supporting documents when cancelling under the "Sérénité" option?
No. If you have taken out the "Sérénité" option, no proof is required; you simply send your written cancellation request to the campsite.

Is archery available among the on-site activities?
Yes. The campsite organises archery sessions as part of its programme of on-site activities.
Is there a bakery or fresh-bread service on the campsite?
Yes. Camping Le Paradis has its own bakery/bread service where guests can buy fresh bread and pastries on site during the campsite’s opening season.
Does the campsite have a snack bar for quick meals?
Yes. In addition to the main restaurant and bar, a snack bar operates on site and is open throughout the camping season.
Can special offers and promotions be combined or applied retrospectively?
No. Article 3 of the general conditions states that offers and promotions are non-retroactive and cannot be combined with one another.
