    • a change of leave dates imposed by the employer after the booking was made,
    • dismissal of the person making the booking or their spouse, provided the summons to the preliminary dismissal meeting is dated after the booking,
    • job relocation of the person making the booking or their spouse initiated by the employer and requiring a change of residence, provided the notification is dated after the booking.
  5. Roadblocks or strikes that are duly documented and prevent the person making the booking from reaching the destination by road, rail, air, or sea, causing a delay of at least 48 hours.
  6. Natural disasters, where a declared state of natural disaster results in a ban on staying at the site issued by the competent authorities for all or part of the rental period.
